So I went to a party and I talked to some friend(girl) of mine,when all the sudden her friend walked up to me and said that I look real familiar to her,and if i was in some camp 2 years ago.(I wasent sure if to take the fact that she approched me as an ioi)
so when I told her I didnt remember her,She said orly or something and I said that she didnt impress me too much so that why I dont remember.

Now,Im wondering if to add her in facebook and just tell her something like ha,i remember you now.
I need help with if to add her on facebook,and if i do add her whats the best thing to say?

Too hard to tell if she's into you or not. I'd suggest making plans with a few friends like going to a coffee shop, mall, bowling, movies or whatever. Simply ask her: "Hey we met at that party the other night, I'm pretty sure you were that stalker who kept asking me if we went to a camp together lol. My friends and I are going out this weekend to (wherever it is) wanna come along?"

Doesn't have to be exactly that I just made something up. Use what you have, she's friends with your friend which definitely means your in the same social circle as her. She will most likely be open to hanging out if you didn't creep her out at the party. If she says yes, your in. All you gotta do is attract her again if you already haven't done so and build some comfort.

edit: Ok, so you failed to get the number close, and YES you are re opening her via facebook. this is why everyone always askin for help, no one has social skills anymore. i understand that you are younger and everything around is related to the internet and social websites. I'll admit i am on facebook, but i dont use it to game girls. You can have all the courage/balls/swag, what ever you want to call it behind a keyboard but what good is it goin to serve you when it comes time for a day2 and you physically interact with a female. Dont rely on social websites. face to face interactions is what you need to help your game.

so besides talking about you possibly being a person she met at a camp what else did you convo consist of? if anything you talked about sparked her interest i would look elaborate more with that. or if you know anything she is passionate about go off of that. check some of her status updates, her wall, or pictures and get an idea how to open...comment on some pics.
