Hey everybody,

Wed. the 13th I'm flying to NYC, staying in midtown (Chelsea) for 2 nights, then flying to LA for 2 nights. Figured the "pickup pilgrimage" jokingly mentioned in some material I've seen would be a great way to wrap up my winter grad-school break.

Do any of you know of any good spots in New York City? Or want to meet up and chill in NYC or LA this weekend? For NY, Pref. closer to midtown / Chelsea? I don't mind a cab ride across town if the place is hot.

I'm interested in Oak and Avenue for now; I've been doing a lot of reading on club review sites, and it seems the admissions rules in the bigger cities are a little different than here in Richmond. Apparently in NYC the doorman can just say "No." even if you're dressed to the 9's and even come early when there is no line and they've just opened. Others have said you need 20 girls on each arm to even get the time of day.

I mean damn, I've clubbed for 5 nights in a row in Miami, where they hand out bracelets at every bar / hotel, and you just walk on in.

If anyone could point me to some good spots that would be target rich, (not nec. plasticky [it ain't gonna happen] type girls) but not really dive-bar-ish either, I'd greatly appreciate it.

The I'm going to LA Friday late morning, so I'll be there for a good two nights of clubbing. I'm staying downtown, it seems like they've got a nice little scene down there, but I can also take the 10-15 minute cab ride to the Santa Monica / Sunset area.

Anyone know any good spots there, or wanna sarge?

I would've though that with this many views I'd have a reply or two, but nothing..?..

Well, here I am, in my hotel room in midtown Manhattan. I walked the streets some, went to the mall, and grabbed dinner and drinks while waiting for my hotel to get my room ready.

All I saw all day long were early 20's HOT ASS model-quality piece of ass girls, mostly blonde hair, and all wearing these little short skirt / dress / black stocking outfits. All of course walking with their heads up in the air and on 6 in heels.

A buddy of mine who is somewhat connected to the NYC club scene put me in touch with a promoter who had a free quest list at one of the hotter clubs in my hotel's neighborhood. Free champaigne, etc. I contacted the promoter and he said, "Yeah, but you've gotta bring hot girls."

Every review I've read online of almost every main club in NYC says that you need like 30 girls on each arm and celebrity-level cash just to get in the f'n door.

I was hoping some NY natives could point me in some directions. I know tons of bootcamps are held in NYC.....so alot of posters here have been to NYC...?

Anyway, not meaning to bitch or anything, I'm just trying to do the whole Tyler-Blueprint "push yourself and go to the hottest, most exclusive clubs you can find, and work it" b/c if you're out of your element that much, you'll get better.

But if you can't even get in the damn door, what's the point?

I hope I don't end up getting let down by this whole trip, w/ the pickup mindset. I mean, true, you need to put yourself in those envioronments where it's tough, but what if those environments say, "We're not even letting you in, even though you're in a "GQ style outfit" and are ready to drop 2K here.

I'm hoping for some input please.........

Im not from new york myself but I guess you could always go to a few bars first of all to pick up some girls?
