I would say the first pick up i did which was by accident, she was like a hb7-8 and I would get scared talking to hb3-6. Still do, but I was out with some friends which im kinda shy. But what I did with myself is that I told myself is that I have to have fun. I have to mess around and take everything as a amusing game. I went up to this chick with no real thought of closing. I went up and I forgot what I said cuz it wasn't serious. I made her laugh when I was with my friend both of us not really good looking guys. I was talking to her as if I was just playing around. But without thinking of it I was not taking it so serious and in reality it wasn't. I asked her for her number she said "Umm why do you need it?" And remember im not really expecting to get it. I said "Well I need your number so I can give it to my friend." With a big grin on my face cuz I was just messing around. She laughed and asked "Why does he need it?" I said "So he can give me your number if I lose it of course." By this point she laughed again and to my surprise she toke out her phone and gave me her number! At this point im stuck blinking like.... Are you serious....? I take her number and give it to my friend and by this time im so happy and my other friend comes up. He see's us three talking and he goes in there says hi to her in a sly type of way. Somehow someone tells him I got her number and he looks at me and asked "What's her name?" I stood there for about 3 seconds and then i turned over and looked at her and said "Wait what's your name?" All my friends started dieing laughing. By that time we walked out and there saying it cant be her real number blah blah blah. Which i thought the same. So I called and she answered and asked "Who's this?" put on the spot i said "Nick the guy that just got your number..." She said "Wow you already called me?" lmao the whole situation was so sloppy yet I pulled out a gorgeous girl's number. All that I did to get it, was to be myself. Sure I played around alot but that's what I do with almost all of my friends. But the main thing that helped, I didn't go into the situation thinking about what was going to happen. Better yet, I was expecting to get blown out. Which gave me the well I might as well have a good time. And it worked. If you be yourself and stop thinking about her being pretty or how it's going to turn out the chances of you doing good are better plus if you get rejected it's not a big blow on ur ego.
