Should I tell a girl I like the way she speaks?

She has this interesting accent when she speaks English that makes her sound really proper and I find it really attractive...

Tell her that you like it. But actually mean it when you tell her tho. More than likely she will take it as a compliment. I do when girls comment on my accent.
