Ok so I will have a class of training next session. I don't have the physic of someone who train and I am slim ( I am tall so it's more obvious )...I don't want to be unconfortable training infront of people who are bigger than me. I don't want to give a bad image to girls because I am slim...I am thinking about cancelling this class and choose another one in 6 month.

Need advice please...

Dude people aren't looking at you when you work out. Who cares if you're small? Everyone starts somewhere. Stay on path, no point in putting off something you want just because you're afraid of the opinions of others. Go for it now, don't put it off. Would you rather be cut up and ripped for the summer, or put it off and stay where you are?

Know this: 99.9% of the attractive people in the gym started where you are now. Some were fat kids, others were skinny. Very few of us are born with just amazing genes. We all started somewhere. That guy benching 400lbs didn't just wake up one morning and decide to lift that, it took a lot of sweat and hardwork to get there. The chick on the eliptical all toned n sexy had to work for that body.

No one in the gym is watching you, hell I rarely notice anyone in gyms unless its crowded and I'm waiting to use something. Hell some people may offer tips and/or assistance.

By the way, this isn't the write place for these kinds of topics try one of these sections next time please. Welcome to the forums.
