Brendan.. you have to calibrate when to give a straight answer and when not to, keeping an even mix of both during your conversation, while keeping in mind to be playful whenever you don't give a straight answer (I find that women LOVE this). If you always give a straight orthodox answer then she's going to perceive you as boring and predictable, but on the flipside if you never give a straight answer, then she's going to perceive you as a bullshitter and liar. So you have to mix the two.
For example.. yesterday a woman asked me why do I have two mobile numbers. My reply was "I have one for a little bit of this and the other for a little bit of that" which is a super mysterious response to which she smiled and laughed but never asked me the real answer. She enjoyed the mysterious ness. Another example: I am actually 37 but can pass for 27 because when I make women guess they always say late 20s or 27/28. So whenever a woman asks me "how old are you?" I use this as an opportunity to be mysterious while playful at the same time - my response: "I'm 55, I'll be 56 next week" then while gliding my thumb and index finger down my chin with a smile, I say "I look good for my age don't I!" And they always smile or laugh and comeback with something like "yeah right you're 28 or you're no older than 30". But thus far using this line, I've never had a woman press me for the truth. Why because it's mysterious and playful at the same time and thus a DHV.
So don't be afraid to be mysterious (half of the time)... they LOVE it!
Thanks. You helped me answer my question, I think I have it worked out now
