Best method to use with old friends?

Hi, I was thinking about which method would be better to use with a girl that you have been friends for, for example 2 or 3 or 4 years, knowing that you are not in the LJBF zone.

What do you think would be better, the Mystery Method or the Speed Seduction?
Do you think that NLP (using the anchor and that stuff) would be more successful than using the MM?
I don't know if you know what I'm talking about, but I think it's understandable.
