There are many women in my facebook list that I've been dating but where I lost contact with (rejection was not the reason). I'm planning to initiate contact with them by sending them a message. The body of the message I have is this:

Hey [name],

It has been a while since the last time we've met. I hope you are well and want to wish you an interesting 2010. Some of my plans for 2010 are to climb the mount Everest, become a millionaire, to merry and have kids... I really believe that small things can make a difference Smile
What is your ambition for 2010?

Talk to me,

Victor

How can I make the message a bit more interesting?

Hm you sound a bit formal, place some enthausiasm in there. I mean you DO use humor so... why write it like it's a business proposal?

Either way just make it a fun msg and add something personal. Right now it looks like what it is: a message you're going to send to many people.

Hope this helps a bit!
