smile while being cf/banter?

So david deangelo says to always keep a straight face after making a cf comment. This is to let the tension build and then once she starts to think your serious release it by giving a slight grin. But other pua's like mehow always smile while they are being cf/bantering. Smiling while being cf seems good to me, like a push pull. It seems like you should focus on fun and that is what smiling does. But building tension seems good to. Anyone got some good advice.

Sometimes smile sometimes stoneface. It depends on the situation!
