I have this problem where i think that i should only have one girl and the girl that I'm with should only be with me and no one else. I'm guessing it's due to my catholic upbringing; however, how do i go about changing my mindset to a healthier one that will prevent the one-itis i always seem to accumulate?

When you are in a LTR then I think that mindset is ok. But only in a LTR.

If you don't give yourself the chance to casually date you are missing out on a lot of lost opportunities. Its a two way street in that department. Meaning that the girl can date who ever she wants unless both of you are in agreement to a LTR.

What your real problem is your 'Jealousy' factor. You need to change that. It's mostly how your family raised you and your upbringing and its something you have to change. One idea to change this is to move away from those influences and start changing your inner-self. If its always around you, it will be very difficult for you to change.

If you want to change, you have to make the effort so that you will change. If not, then you won't change and you will be missing out on opportunities galor.
