Lateley I've been changing the afc things that I do and girls started to ask me where do I get so much confidence and how I am suck a cool guy....but it's this one girl that I know it'a a one itis that started telling me that he doesn't like the new me...that she doesn't like that I changed....I know she has a boyfriend and I have nothing to lose but this girl makes me an afc everytime I talk to her he makes me a nice guy again? How do I prevent this from happening? Don't say to me to not see her again as she is my colleague and don't tell me to go fuck ten other women as I am not that good! So....any advice on how to combat the afc behavior appearing when I talk to this girl?

By saying she doesn't like the new you it makes your mind change back to your old self which will confirm to her that the real isnt there yet.
Although it could be that since she has a BF maybe the conversations you had with her were really good cause usually an AFC has more of a tendency to listen and help out a lot more with her problems.
To stop it you basically need to say something along the lines "Well this is the way I am now". The transitioning from losing your old AFC habits affects your friends in a lot of ways and not everyone will like it. It is for the better though.
