To make this as short as possible, I work with a chick. She is friends with her ex still because they have a contract at their apt so they're forced to live together. Me, her, the ex and my roommate are all friends and she frequently brings the ex over to hang out with us, as well as us going to her place. I get some vibes that she is into me but I'm not totally sure, at work and parties it seems like she is always choosing to be around me. And I'm not going to escalate with her until the ex is gone but he almost always is around, but she is insistent that they're not getting back together...

I guess my question would be, should I just tell her how I feel and see if she will ditch the ex or just make a move infront of him one time... I've been trying to separate them but its always weird and I can't figure out what to do.
