I took this as code for "Let's fuck tonight."

We went on a walk together last party we were at (last winter). We didn't hook up cause she was dating this other guy, but she recently broke up with him. So I agreed to go later on. Then she asked if I was a virgin, so I said yes (I am i know it sucks lol) then she talked about how she hasn't had sex in so long (a month... i didnt think that was that long but apparently once you start having sex a lot a month is a long time).

Then I noticed something odd: I thought this girl just digged me a lot, I mean i thought I was gonna fuck her then and there. But I noticed she was kinda treating all the other guys the same way. She went up to my other friend and was like

or something like that. She was cuddling up to all the guys as well. I think shes an affectionate person, but I dont know if that cuts it here.

In the end, she started pukin and passed out early, so no walk and there was no way I was gonna take advantage of a passed out / extremely drunk chick. No way.

There were a few other girls there but I blew it with them cause my game was way off (what game...)

Yeah, I think I still have some AFC blood in me telling me that "it needs to be special" and that "I need the girl to be into me" or some shit. I need to ditch that...

Because I know that it doesn't matter. This girl was just clearly horny and wanted to fuck, and if its me its me. If its not its not.

To me it seems that you have been (way) too passive.
You describe that she was coming up to you all the time, you never went to her. Just take her by the hand, move her around the party and have fun with her. Lead her. Just make sure you end up somewhere (semi-)private and start making out and escelate from there
