i was waking up in my bed this morning thinking about last night.
I sarged a few hours until late in the night, enjoying the SPAM and getting into funny situations.
Surfing the social waves of different people with different stories, hooking up and enjoying conversations with woman.

i began thinking what i should do, after a night of pleasure i felt like i could work on my goals again - what my long and short term goals are.
I'ts remarkable that if you stop because you had enough you will think only more , Stopping only reveals something else - There is no complete stopping or non-learning process.

i suddenly realized how simple and effective stopping can be , it can be hard to stop thinking about getting out tonight it can be hard to stop thinking about your girlfriend.
I actually did a freeze out on my ''GF'' since wednesday , i did not hear from her only to discover my stress increase. I just stopped and thought ,'' well why should i get confirmation from someone else'' of course it's different when someone ignores you or treats you inhuman.

i actually discovered my confidence regaining because i was getting more fixated on my goals, also ; when she initiates contact even while im ignoring her a day extra it will make her invest more. Thus i can discover how much i feel and how much she feels.

we all drive cars nowadays , we drive so fast we don't even pay attention to our surroundings thus we forget the present moment. We only want to race to our home after work, not realizing how pretty the countryside could be.
How concious are we ? we know we are breathing but we aren't very concious about it.

In my sarge night an in my study, i just stopped for a moment just to calibrate to my inner self - getting concious what's taking place around me and in me. I't isn't self analyzing it's getting concious about realising.
just hold on for a sec... don't use that 3 second rule and al that motoric pre-studied contexts. why rush in ? there is no need to rush.

we are all too worried about the future and past so we forget the present moment, the present moment is influenced or made by our actions in the past.
When we think of the past we aren't really thinking about OUR PAST we aren't thinking back into time - The reason we think so much about the past its because the present moment is formed by the past thus we are only thinking about the actions that made this present moment as it is.

But is it really important ? you can't change the past to the present moment, But what you can do is changing the present moment so our future will be brighter. Invest in the present moment - even when it's hard when we are controlled by our emotions or controlled by memories of a bad relationship we need to stop and we need to get concious about the present moment.

Hope is bad .... hope is not taking action - hope isn't investing into the present moment to get a better future. Hoping is waiting for something without taking the risk to get something , hoping is a quitting conversation to yourself.
Hoping is not realizing your full potential as a human being, '' yeah i want to quit smoking but i will do it over 4 months '' this is already a quitting conversation if you think this you already gave up;

do you : '' wait 4 months to eat or drink '' '' wait 4 months to hit the dirt and dodge bullets '' no we don't

we need to realize - get concious - stop and get into the present moment to re-priorize our priorities. is switching TV a channel productive to our life ? no it isn't.
Re-establish what is important and what will improve the quality of your life.

sometimes we need a reality bitchslap.
