I was in a cool club in Amsterdam this weekend. Here is what went down, and what I don't understand.

Me and a friend all dressed up. The place is crawling with all sorts of women and most of the men are all standard rich boys whom show standard behaviour and are standardly dressed.

Now we engaged in a fun converstation with the two of us. Not minding the world and relaxing. Within no time its proximity alert all over. I'm very certain that the combination of two good friends, having fun, minding there own business and being different in behaviour from the majority of men makes the HB swarm like a group of fish towards the bait.

As soon as I engage in converstation with the targets. The whole setting is gone however. Bitch shields are reactivated and girls hopelessely seek approval from their friends via eyecontact. Not that every approach was bad; on two occasions I had great pickup converstations and really built a connection and was able to DHV.

Weird thing was that I was getting a lot of attention with EC on the dancefloor. Sometimes this turned into some awkward situations cause the eyecontact was just taking to long. you know? the weird looks going: what do you want??? Both myself and my targets were doing this. I never experienced it this bad, but I'm certain it has something to do with being attractive (I recently made some progression) and radiating positivity on the dancefloor.

Yet I don't understand... Is conversation not done? Must I keep it physical with dancing and smiling and then Kino escalate without saying a word????

Any experts on this. Advice is much appreciated.

thanx

Bucc

I actually open on the dancefloor more often than not. Bitch shields where I'm used to tend to go up a lot more off dancefloor than on.

Anyway, when you've got eye contact you've got to do something else with it. Maybe tease her with a ridiculous dance move or motion for her to come over to you. If she does, look smug. If she doesn't, make it seem like its her loss. If you are close enough to her, drop a quick neg. I usually say something about her dance moves. I might ask where she's from and say something about how people that come from there must have no idea how to dance. One thing I saw on Keys to the VIP once was: "Usually people like to dance to the beat."

After the opening, it should be easy to escalate the dancing and get some heavy kino like you said. However, you're right: You have to make a conversational connection. I like leaning close to their ears and teasing them with my proximity while carrying on a conversation back and forth like that. It forces her to return the favor to you. When you're talking, you can tease her just a little bit because girls usually get pretty damn turned on when your lips are anywhere near their ears.

That's that.

You were attempting to mind read, stop doing that.

You have to approach competently to get a good reaction, obviously you weren't doing that by the reactions.

Girls reactions to you is the best feedback you're going to get.

If you shed more light on what you were doing in your approach, we could give you more advice.

Hi Sinn,

thanx for the advice, I'll shed some light on it for you.

When I'm on the dancefloor, I'm ussually the the tallest guy. Most guys in clubs try to show that they are from good wealth (wether they are or not). I go exactly the opposite direction. To give you an idea: I wear a 120 dollar shirt, but i combine it with a watch and necklace that add up to 20 bucks. This is actually my way of peacocking, the chicks definitely look at these things (and I get many comments) and are usually puzzled by my appearence. I think this is why I get a lot of EC.

Now, as being an AFC, I tend to think the eyecontact is not only an IOI, but also attraction. Normally I don't have AA, but when I get consious about the attraction being involved, I usually wait to long and keep eyecontact without doing anything. To be honest, I catch myself staring sometimes.

Most of the times I just start dancing with a friend and wait for an AI. I never really time the approach, sometimes I'm just thinking of something and sometimes I strike within the 3 seconds. Mostly I get the feeling that when I had long EC the HB has a certain expectation, and that once I make my move, I simply don't live up to that.

Mostly I do situational openers or the classic stuff. Sometimes I just start out cocky funny. No plan there, but I'm not sure wether thats the thing.

I hope this helps you advise me. I love clubbing and the women out there are definitly looking to score and are quality women. But sometimes I just have a shitty night cause everybody just seems to stand on their own island...

thanx man
