For someone who doesn't have English as a first language you write better than most of the ones that grew up in America.
To answer your question sir you want to pull directly after you push. This way she can see you are flirting and being playful not just being mean to her by pushing her away.
Think of push pull like little kids on the playground. A little boy runs up to a little girl and says, "I hate you" gives her a light hit on the arm. The girl then runs after him. That's the kind of mindset that you want for that, just playful!
