Location: Chicago | | I've kinda got an awkward situation on my hands... my wing that I usually sarge with, is starting to encroach into my territory. The girls that I have opened, kino, and closed... he tries to work them behind my back, I find out because they'll tell me. Even though when I wing for him, I wing entertaining the crown eliminating any threats, allowing him to isolate... problem is my wing is a pretty decent friend outside of this issue. Should I find a new wing? Or just out-alpha male him? Thoughts?

Posts: 200 | | You guys are friends and a TEAM. He can't read your mind, if you have to say something then say it. Communication is extremely important between you and your wingman. Call him out on it.
"Hey, man if we're gonna be wingmen that shit has to stop. I do everything I can to make sure you're successful in your pickups, you should be doing the same."
If he doesn't stop, get a new wingman. New wingman, keep a friend.

Posts: 99 | | First be a man and bring it up to him in a polite way. Start with a compliment on his game then tell him you noticed this and it's bothering you and then end with a compliment.
If he continues to do it, stop going out with him.
