hey everyone, i wanted to ask so opinions on something,

in todays sociaty eye contact is faiding

if you make eye contact with the wrong guy, you might get your ass kicked.

and i think this keeps making eye contact harder.

i make it with women but it feels theatening sometimes and then i panic and smile which obviously looks fake... any help or hits from some experianced guys

why do you feel threatened?
its the same body language that makes you look nervous or shy
armed crossed, stiff back, head down, hands touching face, holding neck.

the key about showing your neck and vulnerability is "show your neck, no one is going to punch you!"

the same way, for showing your eyes to other eyes "make eye contact, no one is going to poke your eyes!"

with girls, when talking, !calm your eyes!, look at their eyes, if it bothers you that much - look between their eyes or look at their nose, or their lips (maybe youll get a kiss! haha).

with girls, when across the room, while you are looking at one, and they turn and see you, you would want to stare right back! and smile!
then get up, then open! (also remember 3 second rule).

dont be a douche or afc and turn away scared please! :S

with guys, usually amogs, dont be homo and stare deep into their eyes....simple as that. why do you think youll get beat up? and so what if they pick a fight? youre cool, you can take him, or make him look dumb atleast. if its friends, or new friend, just be calm, casual talk, look into their eyes NATURALLY, to show honesty.

its simple .... what u lookin at!!! its that mentality that makes eye contact seem like it will make problems when im talking to someone eyeccontact is not a issue its just across rooms or with guys i dunno if i get caught off guard i panic... thanks for the advice amigo

When you catch a girl's eye from across the room, remember to SMILE, hold eye contact confidently and maybe even give a little wave or cheeky lip pucker. If you get a smile back, or even a giggle, that is a major IOI and you can walk right up to the set and open direct with complete confidence, or go in with whatever opener you like.
