I cant seem to get in state without a couple in me, witch prety much eleminates day game. Once I have a few I am on fire, and things seem to click together. I need to amp up my game, and get rid of my approch angst. How can I get myself into state? I need to work on my day game, but this is a problem!

One word: practice.

until you practice enough without alcohol, you won't be able to perform without alcohol. simple as.

That just means you still aren't over your anxieties. Rather than than think about how its easier when you're drinking, just do some basic tricks to help with it. Just start saying hello to women you see when you're out and about. It's not about sarging, just getting used to saying hi. And if they respond, you can go however far you want with it. A big part of getting over your anxiety is to start by interacting with women without trying to get a phone number from them. That can come once you're so used to talking to girls that it's easy for you, without booze.

He put it perfectly. Try this: go out to the shops or the mall or whatever you have near you and for a few hours as you're going around, just say 'Hi' to every girl you meet. If by the end of it, you still don't feel that you can talk to anyone you want to... keep going.

See the main problem with AFCs in this respect is that they see it as picking up women, whilst they should be seeing it as just having a copnversation with a woman.

I always seem to amaze the afcs when we go out with effortless approach because i do this so much. It's not about the destination, it's about the journey. lol

Lets get one thing straight! I am not an AFC... I Pull more ass than the comany taho at the View. I just do it in bars. Im not going to say Im a master or anything like that. I also would not have had the confidence to pick up half the girls I have without you guys. But Im not going to back to AFC, thats for sure. No insults are ment by this SPAM.

Easy dude. Anyway what you could do... take note of how much you drink. For example: picked up a nice girl, had 3 bacardi coke... Next time I shall limit my drinking to 2 bacardi coke...and see if it still works. then 1 etc.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and suggest you read the problems with the pua community thread in the worthwhile threads sticky. "That's not me anymore" is kinda weird to say. I'm not suggesting you're over the top, but it's important to acknowledge that this is not a redefining of who you are as a human being.

Instead of dropping all the alcohol away once, reduce your drinking step by step. With this i mean that if its your habbit to take like lets say 5 beers when you are out sarging than next time instead of 5 beers you take 4. Lower you alcohol drinking step by step to a level which seems comfortable enough for you. If it seems that you cant drop it under the 2 beers than thats just fine. Let it be the two beers and when you are ready, continue where you left ( reduceing it under 2 beers ).
