So me and my family was sitting in IHOP rest. And this cute waitress was serving us. At the end i asked for her number (in private) and she said why dont we IM for a bit first. So she wrote me her IM email. But today i find out that i lost it LOL. Its been 3 days since i got it. SO im thinking of going back again. Any ideas on what to say???

My plan was to say somthing like this. Hey soo i added you on MSN and msged u but u never responded... Im hoping for her to say somthing of i nvr got anything.. So i can say hmmm let me double check ur email. can u say it plz.

SO if anyone has any great tips and ideas PLZ help me out

It's worth a try to do what you thought of doing. The only negative with that is that it may seem kinda needy to go back again only to get her email you know?
But other than that, if you DON'T go back you will never get the chance to talk to her, so what does it matter? And chances are that if she is there she won't mind giving you her email again as she has already given it to you once.
And if you get it again, don't lose it this time! lol

I wouldn't do what you proposed under any circumstances.

If it looks like you drove all the way there to get her email address she's going to be pretty turned off. Losing a girl's contact info is always tough, because a lot of them just give you that sassy "oh... too bad! " response.


I'd wait a couple weeks, I'd go back in with your friends to EAT AN ENTIRE MEAL if you can gain that sort of support - if not just grab something to go by yourself. Then run over to her again, small talk, tell her you've got something fun coming up it might be cool if she came to, and then tell her "ok, cool, I need you email again."

At this point it would be pretty resistant of her not to give it.


You could also probably wait less than a few weeks if you can manage to "bump into her" somewhere else besides work.
