I don't believe the "girls everywhere are the same" theory. There are always cultural differences, in US you had the sexual revolution, people that have been in US say that it's 10 times easier to pick up there. Also, guys are not the same. In US you have 40 year olds that begin learning about pickup and starts applying, here most guys give up.

you can use pretty much every material that you find, it should fit You. Use whatever you like from whichever method you find interesting.
Girls are firstly human beings and persons, after all that comes the nationality ( and I am not sure that it is that important at the end). Of course some cultural differences might appear but in general all people want the same thing -> happiness, and since human beings are social creatures… well, I think you get my point.
