Whatever it is, don't just laugh along and be like "Oh I love you too hahaha blah blah love you blah" because this is what she expects.
When she says something like that to you, she is probably playing around, right, sure. But, she is also testing you. If you give the average joe blow response, that is something generic and ordinary and non-creative, then she will label you as such. You have to stand out, and how do you do that? Be different. Respond differently to the situation.
These sample responses above are just made up on the spot. They follow one principle though, and that is they give her what she doesn't expect. You want to be the one with the upper hand, and if you throw her off balance, then you have the power in the conversation, and she will grab onto you for support (metaphorically).
Don't make her uncomfortable. There is a fine line between surprised / off balance, and uncomfortable.
With these girls that know they're so hot and they are total hot-shots, they just like to play with guys like toys because they know that they can. They know that guys will gawk at them and if they say "I love you" then the guy will be all over her and eat that shit up. But you won't be toyed with.
