ok i wanna be alpha 100 percent but it seems like when im in a large group of people i tend to get self conscious for example i was sitting next to alot of people and two people started saying i said something about some one and when the person came i started to get real nervous like im beta
how do i fix this?

why do you get nervous? You have to learn from experience. Keep doing to the same thing, and learning from each mistake.
