i really want to talk to girls at parties and im not that shy but i just dont know what to say any help?

How about just introducing yourself with a big smile? An important thing is whenever you socialize with whoever, no matter female or male is to actually have fun while doing that. Everyone likes people in a good mood, people having fun. Positive energy is contagious
When you talk with people, the easiest way to keep the conversation going is to actually choose a topic that you enjoy discussing. And back to the ‘positive energy is contagious’ statement: When you are enjoying the moment (just talking about something that interest you, having a drink, simply standing there and smile at each other …. Whatever) people around you feel that and they are getting into the same state

P.s Don’t over think it, overanalyze it … just go out there and enjoy it

I can't agree more with what Jez said. Introducing yourself with a smile will do wonders.

I will add my 2 cents. Always introduce yourself to guys first. Don't smother your target with attention. Spread it out. This goes also for guys with no girls. Go chat them up too.

You wanna introduce yourself with High, positive energy.
Approach enthousiastically and act like as if you've been everyones friend for ages.

Im also really bad at thinking off the top of my head any suggestions of how to get better at this
