I don't think that it is by any means a good idea to pick up chicks you work with.

I started gaming my boss not to long ago...Not super suggestive, but very flirty because I knew she had a boy friend. We'll it must of worked too well because she dumped her boyfriend, and now is showing major IOI towards me..She texts me good morning sunshine/goodnight sweetie and everything else in between. Truth is I'm not looking for a relationship and thats where a lot of her talking is starting to take direction. Trouble is I can't just "ignore" the situation, because I already stuck my foot in the hole AND she's my boss.

Learn from other's mistakes. Work=BAD IDEA. Unless you don't mind possibly looking for a new job.
