that's the thing...they haven't in the past. i've basically told them tell me your schedule and it's always like, i'm totally busy this week, but friday or saturday is totally open. then we meet up, usually have been able to escalate back to my place. and then it's the second dates where all the flaking occurs....but that's another thread for another time....ha

hmm its hard to say why they only 'want' (or are available) on weekends...how many girls are we talking about here? maybe its just coincidence? if theyre really young then maybe theyre only allowed out on weekends? i dont know enough about them to give a meaningful answer.

what DOES count is that theyre not flaking on the 1st date! good work...now just figure out where youre f*cking up on the 1st date

word. yeah these chicks are all early to mid 20s so they're on their own...that much i know. got cars and all that. we're talkin about 3 right now. 2 from online, 1 i gamed in real life the other day outside my work building. got all their digits, and they're all saying either this fri or saturday. kind of the same old story for me...so i'm trying to learn from this....yeah, i can't speculate as to the why. but i do get to wondering if it's a test to see if i have shit going on. i'll be honest, i don't really have a whole lot goin on, but they don't need that info

this is interesting indeed...it could be a test but i wouldnt read that much into it...have you tried telling them youre busy on the weekends and during the week would be better?
i assume youre saying something like 'how about sometime this week' and theyre telling you theyre busy...

...now when they tell you theyre busy...do you have to say, ok well when are you free? or do they automatically suggest the weekend right off the bat?

ie. is the situation....'lets make it during the week'...'no im busy during the week...but im free on the weekend!'

OR

..'lets make it during the week'...'no im busy during the week' ....'eerr ok when are you free?'...'the weekend is better for me'

i read this one book that said to simply ask them 'what's your schedule'. and the last 4 girls it's all been the same thing - response= 'i'm really busy this week but i'm free friday and saturday'. we'll see what happens - i responded to one and said i can't make it

I don't know, I'm no expert, but most people work during the week... I think you might be over thinking this. If a girl is not interested she will usually make excuses or be vague about her schedule. If they are suggesting friday or saturday, doesn't that mean they actually want to go out with you? Are you saying you would rather sit at home alone than go out with them because you are worried about your image? Seems silly to me. No offense intended.
