Pretty simple really.

We set up a day 2 to go get lunch because we both have a break in classes at that time on wednesday. How can I escalate during this so that it doesn't turn into a boring kino-less interview?

I don't want to re-schedule and make it a hang-out with friends on the weekend because I feel I'll lose momentum if we leave it that long to see each other again.

Advice appreciated as always!

If you sit next to her instead of across the table you are closer to her and therefore you have better chance to build up kino. There is no " obstacle " ( table ) between you two and you dont have reach when you want to make kino. It comes more natural when sitting next to her.
You can for example:
- Brush her upper back when you make your point
- Put your arm around her and gently pull her near you for a short time when she says something funny. I believe this is called the " claw " ( She says something funny and you say : " oww, thats so cute " and at the same time put your arm around her and pull her gently/ playfull way closer to you. But keep it short )
- If you want to do a cube or some sort of DHV routine trick like that you can ask her to hold tight on your hands while do it because its " important ". It would be stupit just sit next to her and do the trick while she holds your hand so ask if she could move a bit so that her body is turned over to you. I bet you find a way for this ( for example say that its important that she holds your hands and that you can see straight into her eyes ). Usually they " mirror " you when you turn your torso pointing toward them ( with this i mean that they turn when you turn while you hold her hands )
- You can sit next to her so that your arm is touching hers
- You can sit next to her so that your legs / leg is touching hers
- You can make a comment concerning her ear rings and then touch her ears ( for example:" whoa! You have pretty Funky ear rings... Are those real gold [ and touch her ears/ ear rings at the same time ] ? " )
- You can make a comment concerning her hair and after that touch it in a playfull way
- Find something interesting and whisper her to come closer and than place your hand gently on her shoulder and whisper into her ear something like " Pst, do you see that guy over there near the sallad bar. He just dropped onions to the floor and putted them back "
- You can tell a " DHV "- story and include kino to this for example demostrateing what this guy in the story did to her. " The magician in the Tv just told her to keep her hands like this [ Demostrateing with her hands what he told ] and when she opened them like this [ demostrateing with her again ] the coin was gone ! "

These are only suggestion. Its your choise whether you wanna try these or not. The only negative side in this is that its hard to build eye contact or it could seem "wierd" if you sit next her instead across the table. But who cares if you do it like its the most natural thing in this world and you have purpose behind it which she doesent know.
