so i had girls i talk 2 and some would b do u have a tattoo ( and i do is a black panther) they will ask 2 see . the girls would say cool blah blah looks hot. bot some times guys will come and say awwwwwwwww look a kity or aww a pussy cat or something stupid i need help on this , something to say back ideas?!

If you are embarassed about your tatoo, try to show only when isolated.

If a guy told me 'awwww a pussy cat' or whatever I would mostllikely fire back something like "Pussy? is that all you can think about? Kind of those psychiatrist pictures where you see what your personality is." Then again, I don't have that tat so it's obviously not field tested.

What have YOU tried to those remarks? How did it work (or not work)? Retrospect on those events, you'll most likely find your answer there.

You could always just kind of ignore what they said and deflect the attention onto your abs or something, you've obviously spent time working out on them. Maybe say something about how you're not worried about getting a tattoo there cos you'll never put on weight or something. Kind of takes their negative, ignores it, and turns it into a positive. They'll also be a bit thrown because you didn't react to them at all.

Or you could say something like, "Did you leave your glasses at home? it's a panther.."

Or you could say (this is a bit riskier, but obviously you knew about the connection with the Black Panther Party and still got the tat so you are in some way referencing it) "Bet you wouldn't say that to Malcolm X"

Or you could say "It's actually Panthera Onca" (latin name) and they will just probably go.. huh? Making you look smart and them dumb..

When someone says something like this they're simply trying to knock you back because they feel threatened. It's a power play.

Stay cool and slide off what he says with a joke of some sort, even neg yourself. Say "yeah, it's called snuffles "

Do not try to take a witty stab back at the person attempting to put you down this simply shows that you felt threatened by his attack on you and had a stab back at him. Simply be cool and go with their joke, make his joke into your own joke about yourself.

By not caring about his joke and making it your own you're showing you are not threatened and demonstrating alpha behaviour.


As a side note: Stop bragging in all of your posts. If you want advice then ask for advice. Don't try and brag at the same time because nobody here cares. If you continue like this you'll soon be ridiculed in every thread.
