Best way for overcoming ASD as the night goes on?

What's the best way to slowly break down a girl's ASD from right when you meat her, to when you're ready to close. I'm not worried about getting past LMR, I just want to make her feel socially comfortable by lowering the ASD before the LMR even becomes an issue.
