I wanna ask her out with me to do something on halloween, I HAVE NO IDEA what to do, i never did shit on halloween before.

there's a halloween dance at our school, but she already told her friend she's not going. SO, I wanna take her out somewhere, idk where.

I would suggest you make your own plans anyway and not worry so much about what she is doing. If you and some mates are going out 'trick or treat'ing (we used to call it that but it used to involve egging, knock out ginger, putting stinkbombs through letterboxes and running over cars) then i suggest next time you speak to her you say about what your up to on haloween and how fun its going to be. Then invite her to come with you

She will think its kinda creepy if your willing to give up your haloween night just to do something with her (unless you have something going on with her/dating). If she says she cant make it, then plan something another time.
