Alright, I've been doing this pretty often but to be honest, I can never get any proper conclusion of sharing glances with girls.

I'm in college and I try to hold eye contact with good looking girls. If I'm sitting in the dining hall with my friends I'll look at a certain pretty girl and see if she looks at me. Then I'll keep looking back and see how often she'll look at me and I'll judge by that if she likes me or thinks I'm good looking. (Also I live in my own world so If I catch a girl looking at me and she keeps looking, it boosts my ego)

Anyway, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I remember catching a girl that always looks at me but once I tried to talk to her in a bar , she came off pretty cold to me.

Anyone have any experience with this?

The eyeballing thing is a big emotional boost to women. . . but it's a boost that fades quite quickly and can actually bounce in the other direction if you don't catch her in time. Hot - warm - cool - that guy's kinda creepy . . .

So if you any desire to follow through with the eyeballing game, the quicker you approach following the stare-a-thon, the better. Even a simple "Hi" makes the next encounter a second meeting with an acquaintance instead of a first meeting with the guy who's stared at her for a week.

I've had very good experience with this in bars, I get eyecontact and share my little 5second moment with her and next time I see her that night I approach and it's like we know each other already!

Good replies, but is there anywhere that this wouldn't work? Meaning, would there be a reason a girl keeps looking at you but shes just not interested at all? Because I can't really think of any

Yeah, share a glance and maybe do some non-verbal IOI but if you don't approach soon after she'll label you as just another guy too scared to approach.
