I met a girl I might hire but I've been getting some kino from her. She always wears cleavage showing dresses and doesn't mind brushing up on me occasionally. I texted her if she wanted to go out and release stress. No reply yet. Think this is too risky or may turn into someone I can have fun and also do some work for me?

Are you sure she's not just IOIing you to get the job? If she is and she takes it far enough and leads you on then you hire her and she stops the act, you might be in an uncomfortable position.

Yeah it is a dumb idea, but a lot of guys fall into that trap. Women are naturally attracted to authority figures or men in places of power (even conditional perceived power). Sometimes it's hard to be the boss and not take advantage of your position, but it is almost always destined to end badly, usually very very badly.
