The only way to get over oneitis is to go with different girls and get past her. However when you are struck by oneitis, you don't show your confidence with other women, making it harder to pick up. She is always in the back of your head, and all you want is to run up to her and just make her be with you, you just feel so needy for her attention, any attention, good or bad.

How did you guys get over your oneitis? I'm having a hard time getting a girl out of my head, everything I've tried just seems to be overshadowed by how much I want her.

1. go game as much girls as possible
2. get a deeper and more interesting personal life .. take up hobby's and go to college.
3. go out with friends without going after girls .... first have a good time and later on go sarging.
4. get a girl and make your ex jaleous
5. call your ex and tell her she's a fucking bitch.
6. go to the gym ... workout 24/7 .. go boxing .. lift weights ...

there are more options .. alternatives... if you are evil inside...:

7. hire a assassin or pay a guy to punch her.
8. go use steriods and drink cafeine whole day and end the day with some beer
9. fuck one of her family members ... her sister .. best friend or cousin
10. when u masturbate think of another girl consistently..... but i rather recommend to not masturbate.


you can also pick up some religion ... buddhism is a good one..
