On either the phone on msn, this girl who I usually talk to a lot and make her laugh, all of a sudden would not say anything to things on the phone on msn she started becoming a bit insulting saying things like faggot etc etc.

What does that mean?

I'm sure someone will give you a matter of fact response; however, bottom line don't look into this too deeply.

Even if she does mean it in a malicious way, you don't want to insult her right? Now don't let her walk on you either, stand your ground in a "i dont give a shit what anyone thinks" kind of way! (Taking the high road when she's taking the low can lead to respect and attraction down the road.) Maybe she's shit testing you, maybe she feels like your smothering her and she doesn't know how to ask for space, or maybe she is doing it playfully.

I think context is extremely important in determining what exactly she is doing. Could you give us a sample?

After we had a phone call that included lots of silent parts or not responding to what I said, she started saying I smell like donkey poo on msn, things like that.

Anything happned that changed her behavior so drasticly ?

If you can give us more to work with, that would be stellar. But from what you've provided, that sounds playful to me. Especially if your on the phone with her while your typing on msn. Play right back. I think Style said this (or some other badass), its like your a kid again. The things that were funny on the play ground are funny again.

I'd play into it next time and see what happens. Playfully call her names back, say ridiculous stuff like,

"You smell like donkey poo."
"Oh yeah? Well at least I don't have a stupid face!"
"Your so immature!"
"At least my dog doesn't have herpes!"
Etc.
