Dont worry about how it got to the point where shes asking that question, but i need a quick reply please :D

all of my longterm girlfriends pulled that on me within the first few dates.

I still remember playfully answering with:

- 'I like to show you off'
- 'wow, you have a high opinion of yourself'
- 'what gave you that idea'

you have to do it playfully though - otherwise it's just non-congruent dick moves
