depends on the situation. you'll get some pity points, so you definitely will get a kiss. whether you'd be able to get a long term thing or not is questionable.

i believe, that it would be better to say that after you kiss her, yet it may ensue in her being surprised that you were either very good for your first kiss, or very bad.

most of the time it should be the first one though, speaking from my experience.

if u do tell her and she kisses u, then props but its like Cobra Starship says in their song Nice Guys Finish Last

Being a first anything can put a lot of pressure on a girl. It's also very flattering, but you have to realize that we're going away from giving them validation. Play this one right, be charming, and be on ur game. When it's time for the close, do it as cool as you can.
