What do you do wen the girl you like is in a bad mood/upset

So in high school and the girl I like and have been getting reasonably close to is sometimes quite upset or in a bad mood. Now in these situations I have no clue what to do as I just feel that whatever I say or do is going to get rejected. Any ideas of what I should do?

insecure = make her feel safe, secure
just depressed = make her feel HAPPY
just suffering from teen angst = just comfort her. dont FORCE her to talk about it, but try to talk to her, i find that a lot of girls just want to talk.


what you gotta be aiming for is to make her feel better. that's pretty much it. don't over think it, you're just in highschool.

1. never perpetuate a negative emotion. this means don't try to talk about it, or explain it away.
2. try to pull her into a positive emotion by pretty much ignoring the fact she's in a negative one (unless of course its something like her grandma died or something where she has real reason to be upset)
3. if all else fails, NLP her into a positive state!
