So I went to Bozeman and Missoula this weekend. Bozeman was way more fun, when I get around to posting a FR, ya'll will get the picture. Anyway so I bought a Stiletto and yes I did get comments on it. So I walk into this bar after just finishing a lucky strike. THis check who sort of wanted me from back before I read the Game whatnot insults me for smelling like smoke or some shit. Now, an insult is to me just a really hard shit-test. At the time I was tired, and did not feel like dealing w/ her, whatever. Anyway, later I thought of a response to that, now this is an insult as well, but hey the neg has toequal or best that of the ST. So if a girl ever does that, make some comment about how she bought her perfume at a gas station. Seriously, if you are offended, and even if you aren't, throw something at her that has a similar effect. Always do it w/ a really gooofy smile what not. Remember, you want to put her on an emotionsl rollercoaster of sorts, going for offendee to offended. Anyway got to run, thanks to you guys and keep puffin those cancer sticks.

I wholeheartedly disagree with your proposed approach to that situation. That strategy is coming from a very beta and insecure frame, and girls will pick up on it very easily.

If you are actually offended by the shit test, you've already failed (generally speaking).

if im planning on kissing her and KNOW she is a non smoker then i wont smoke for a while before hand. you do want her to enjoy the kiss after all..

i have never had a complaint about tasting like an ashtray but if i did i would probaly say something like (out of courtesy as david says)...'well if I had known you were a non-smoker I would probably would have skipped my last one, dont worry I doubt you'll get lung cancer from it though.'

I honestly just saw her comment as a hard shit-test, which I figured ought be responded to w/ a neg of equal intensity. So here is another question, what do ya'll prefer, acting like an uber mature dude or an supremely arrogant/confident asshole? To me, both cases are extremely different forms of being alpha and both have a lot in common, as far as inner game goes, but may come off as totally different people.

You dont want to come across as arrogant at all. Arrogance is simply being proud in an unpleasant manner. It is just that, unpleasant. Confidence and witty humor is what youre looking for. If youre getting her to laugh then youre probably doing alright. if you dont have enough humor in your teasing and cocky remarks, you will come across as arrogant. Be playful.

Just wanted to trhow that out there, thanks vision. Unless you truly don't give a shit, don't be the arrogant asshole, however, I would advise not to completely shy away from being an asshole entirely. I consider it to be one of the many facets of my personality, that I can bring out when I choose to or when I feel the situation calls for it. Here is another question. The original point of this topic ended up being more about matching the intensity (or something like that) of the neg to that of the shit test. THat is why I recommended countering a near-insult ST w/ an insult in turn, just as long as you have a big smile on your face and laugh while you are doing it. What do ya'll think of this reasoning, now David~s response was not a neg at all and it completely flipped the of ST/insult on it's head. Am I just getting caught up in the MM lingo of "counter ever ST w/ a neg"?
