help needed with gunwitch method

alright im trying out the gunwitch method recently. but im encountering a problem.

i got my logistic pretty bad, i usually go out the city to sarge but the place i live is an hour away (and im using public transport). so inevitably i have to do day twos. i realize the flake rate is so much higher if i go heavily sexual on the day i met her. so i tuned it down a bit, and then i realize if im not initially sexual, it is somewhat hard to tune the sexiness up at day 2.

any one have any experience on this?
