there's this hb8 who was in my school 4 years ago, she was 15 years old then, 2 years ago I stopped school.
She is 19 now.

We flirted some in school, but not too much it was really innocent.

about 6 months ago I won 2 tickets for some really cool exclusive movie event with celebrities. I wanted to take her with me, so I asked a (hot) female friend of hers to give me her number. I got her number by email the day after the event, which was too late so I had already gone with some other girl. It was great.

Due to the cool event I had shown some really high value to the hb8 and her friend.

I'm not sure if anyone told you this, but the secret to a being a good PUA is confidence. Your "inner game" needs to on the same page as your outer game. Consider some more inner game reading materials, most of which is available online.

First off, if this were me, avoid conversations where the tone and presence of voice can be misinterpreted. Granted certain situations are better for texting, but texting is for confirming plans or for quick convo. Same goes for MSN, if you must do it, use it sparingly.
Secondly, NEVER use canned lines for romance. Romance is a mixture of spontaneity and passion. Without those two ingredients you run the risk of being really fake and women can smell that.
Thirdly, if you want to progress the situation, take charge and do it. Do not pussy-foot around with texts over and over all day and night. Be straight to the point and say, "Listen, I'm going to work on a paper at the library this weekend, you can come by and keep me company for a while, and afterwards we can go get some coffee." ...Or whatever you kids do...
