So last nite this girl I had K-closed had hinted where she was gonna be that nite (as if telling me that we should meet up). I told her I might drop by.

So I go to the club, and I meet up with her, however she acted really coldly and kept giving me her back and giving very short answers (I couldn't stay infront of her, she was on a sofa with friends and there were no chairs, so I stayed behind her sitting on the back of the sofa)

Anyway I decided to leave her, and she msged saying "I lost you"

I was going to reply:
"I left early coz of work and I didn't have time to stay staring at your back"

Is this reply any good?

Could've been a couple of things but I think the most likely thing is that she was playing hard to get and didn't want to look like a slut in front of her friends.
You should've opened the group and engaged the whole group first, then after that told them to move over a bit.
Alternatively, you could've told her to come to the bar with you or asked the girls why they aren't dancing and head towards the dancefloor...

As for the reply, don't be bitter. You don't want to be a pissy little boy about it, you want to show her that you're independent and can do your own thing
"Yeah, I felt like missioning and found some friends on the dancefloor"
"Yeah, you lost me "
"Got caught up in a game at the bar"

You get the idea...

Dam it, that's much better than what I said.

Also something that popped into my head. I know her friends, to an extent oneof them I studied with, and his gf I made friends with her the night I hooked up with this one. And she was smiling and warm, so I know that she wouldn't have been dissappointed if I hooked up with this chick. So she was probably playing hard to get. Anyway dmg done now time to clean up.
