Nobody can really answer this... it depends on your history with this girl. how well you know her. how often you have already hung out with her etc.

If she has a boyfriend ( there is this chick ive been seeing that does )... usually I play a little hard to get.. mean but keen. and keep it in the friend zone intentionally to build sexual tension. don't try and get her to dump her boyfriend. build sexual tension and she will dump boyfriend to sleep with you
