Life of the Party

Location: Syracuse, NY
So I was at a condo party with some older guys (I'm 18) and I notice how they carry themselves. They tell awesome fucking stories, they can relate and connect, and they're overall great buds. Now I'm usually a funny or great guy but I can't light up a room like these guys.

How can get to this point? Any books I can read or excersices to do that can help me become this outgoing?

I would like to know this too.

Though, what I have read its about being alpha. And as you know being alpha is a lot of things: its demonstrating higher value, being cool/relaxed with everything, frame control. Just read.

Most important thing is that YOU ARE HAVING FUN AND HIGH ENERGY LEVEl -> YOU SPREAD THAT MOOD TO OTHERS

Someone give better answer, lol :D

Go OUT and be more outgoing? No book will make you more outgoing. Do sports, take up some hobbies, things like that. If they are older, they've probably done a bit more in their life, which is why they have the stories. Do some things you'd really like to do . Wether it's football or skydiving, just something :)

try to remember the funny stories, and then tell them yourself to see what effect they will have.

when you got good at storytelling, create your own stories and make ppl feel good
