This is a technical question, but I have been wondering it for a while. When talking to anyone how are you supposed to do it? Look at the left eye? The right eye? Either eye? Look at both of their eyes at the same time with your corresponding eye making it look like they have 3 eyes?

Haha, mate, I think you think to much. Technically you can't look directly in both eyes simultaniously, unconsciously you pick up one eye, or you switch from one to another, but it's unconscious.

As long as you will focus on keeping eye contact, you will be ok.

I dunno, every once in a while I look into a girl's eyes and just find that... I'm looking into her eyes. Not focusing on the left, or the right or trying to get it... it just happens. Maybe something clicks over when you get used to it or something. (Not that I'm used to it...)


One thing I've heard from interview prep sites, however, is that you can focus on the bridge of a person's nose and it will look like you are looking into their eyes.

What I do -
When I'm talking: Keep eye contact with the girl/s for basically 95% of the time
When they're talking: Keep eye contact about 60% of the time, breaking it by looking away when she's not being too interesting. You'll notice that you probably already do this without thinking about it.

When making eye contact, keep thinking in the back of your mind "If only you knew that in a few hours you're going to experience the best sex of your life" as if you're saying it to the girl. Try it now, just think it and you'll notice how your face changes a bit. It's incredibly powerful if done right...
