The problem is that I don't know how to convey that I am sexually interested in them. Its like I'm just a gay guy who is fun to talk to.
What am I suppose to do? What is normally the first step you guys use to convey sexual interest?

A potential sexual partner is going to be open about their sexuality. You need to set a tone that sex is not a big issue. To do so, you need to combine touching(kino) and a sexual undertone to the interaction.
The easiest way to set a sexual undertone is to joke about sex. Make sexual comments that are "funny". However, in effect this gets her thinking about sex and you. Ex. "If you keep looking at me like that I'm going to pin you up agaisnt that wall and make a woman out of you" (smile). All of this is to get her comfortable with the topic of sex around you.
The other part to escalation is kino/touching. You need to be touching her with some frequency. A sexual male that gets laid pulls women in close, puts his arm around their waist, makes a girl sit on his lap, etc..... By doing this you are making her comfortable with touching you.
These two concepts combined create a comfort level with her that involves her mind and body. Leading to a potential sexual relationship.

Like if all of a sudden I blurt out "Hey, your lucky I don't throw you down and have sex with you right now" I don't think I'll get a very good response. I guess I gotta start more subtly and work up to something like that. What is normally the first thing you say with sexual undertones?

More than anything kino is the necessity. You need to be touching
