Location: New Jersey | | Hi my name is Antonio, and her is my situation. I just broke up with my gf of 4 years and I am a business owner with a HB employee, but she has a bf (another one of my employees). She has expressed much interested in me (texts me all day everyday, and very flirty stuff).
I'm not too sure how to handle this, do I AMOG my employee and try to get the girl myself or keep it professional? This would have been an easy decision any other time, but since I'm newly single I am eager to find someone to have fun with. Please help!

career wise wouldnt that piss off some of your employees or limit your power as the boss
im to young to know what its like to be a the boss at work but it still seems a bit risky

No seriously, I do not believe in office relationships I see plenty of talent at work but sexuall harrassment is always at the back of mind.

Location: New Jersey | | Thanks guys, I think I just needed to hear a totally unbiased opinion. And I never really thought about limiting my power as the boss by doing this, good point. Looks like I'm going to have to find someone else to have some newly single fun with.
