ok guys
heres whats happened

basically I've been out of the game for around 5 - 6 months
i recently decided its bin too long so me and my wingman went to a theme park today,basically i had a routine set in my head and had a line for any answer she could have given i found a set i got about 2 words in and just froze,it seems my AA has returned.

Anyone have advice or things to help me get over it?

My advice: Expect nothing and get everything. Expect everything and get nothing. dont set any goals for yourself. it will ruin you. just think of it as an everyday conversation. its like talking to your mom. let it be as easy as that. And dont think of any outcomes WHATSOEVER. like getting her number or getting rejected.

Plans are just carefully constructed limitations, I've found that, the nights where I set out to game are far exceeded in results, by nights when I set out to have fun.

If on the other hand your the type of person that needs a clear cut aim to shoot for, here is yours.

1# Come up with your own opener and own DHV story.

2# Buy 1 pair of well fitting pants, 1 well fitting shirt and one Interesting item. (doesn't have to be mysterys fluffy hat, just a interesting necklace/ wrist band ect)

3# The week starting from the day you read this approach 30 sets.

4# Go threw what you've learned in those 30 sets and work out what works for you and what does not. Calibrate, find out when sets went wrong and why, When they went well and why. (feel free to ask the PUA's on site or IM me if you want any help)

5# Take this information and approach 100+ sets a month until you have a GF.

And that all you really NEED to do. Anything ells is bonus.

Some months ago, I had this problem, the reason behind everything was a several case of oneitis, I've had a rejection and some delusions with such girl.

So, every time I tried to approach a woman, this painful feeling and fear of be rejected returns... I was associating the approach with all the painfull emotions that this bitch made me feel. Not just the approach, every interaction between me and a women. Damn bitch.

Now Im healed, happily.

I dont know why your AA returned, but probably theres some deep fear behind, cause when we have AA we associate bad emotions such fear of rejection (most of the cases) with the initial contact with a girl. You must discover this.

You cant solve a problem until you know whats the problem.
