I am not a really that well versed on NLP but I can tell you there is a whole section dedicated to this on the forum that you can find the answers to your questions.
nlp-hypnotic-seduction-vf127.html I have heard statements from people that NLP can work in the right situations and with practice. I haven't done this myself but I can see how the concept might work. There is a load of information in the section I linked you to that will help.
