Can someone come up with a simple step by step guide or refer one? Something like.

1) Clear all the basics, grooming, inner game and have a good frame
2) Do this to stop the woman
3) Use opener, x, y and z
4) Use these transitions, move her somewhere else

Troubleshooting - blah blah blah.

Stuff a noob needs to learn can be underlined, openers and transitions found elsewhere can be in italics or whatever. So people can try the steps until they reach a sticking point and ask for more specific advice.

Recommendations to good guides would be nice too, I've seen some of Alex Coulsons' stuff, but it costs $$
