Well, to be atractive i know that i cant care about others think and at some point im doing great in this..but im having trouble with some points
Lets take a female friend ,for example, (not a target) that says she doesnt like long hair on guys, and you have long hair...although i do not really care about her it still makes me feel a bit down. I laugh about it and sometimes have a nice awnser but deep inside it is not so nice
What is the best thing to say in this kind of situations (something only a truly convident person, who do not care AT ALL and takes it by fun would say)
and more importantly, how can i fix it that deep inside ill not care?
Thanks guys

This one's easy, as it is basic psychology. Whenever any one says anything derogatory about you, instantly come back at them. This can be just simple "Actually it looks kinda cool." Not a defensive "Well, I think it looks kinda cool", make it a statement of fact.
If it was me I'd probably make it more elaborate "You know I think your in the minority there-many women like to fantasize about strong, confident men with long hair. There's a reason why Samson lost his power when his hair was cut-long hair speaks to something deep in female sexuality". In this case I'm reminding myself that this chick is just one of many opinions in a big world.
You'll find if you say something, for some reason, you actually believe it in a way you wouldn't if you just try and rationalize an insult in your mind.
